Let us take a look

Visit your local KAY Jewelers Outlet store and our experts will clean and inspect your piece of jewelry.  Using our digital gemscope or tablet we will take a picture of your diamond or gemstone to identify its unique characteristics.  The photos will be emailed to you for your reference.

Receive a Quote

Next, our KAY Jewelry Repair team will determine which repairs may be covered by a service plan or warranty, as well as the final cost of the repairs before sending it to our Design & Service Center for repair.

Design & Service Center

At this point your jewelry will now be in the hands of our Master Crafsman who will restore your piece with meticulous care.

Reunited

After a final polish and inspection, your piece will be sent back to your local store and you will notified via email when it is ready to be picked up. 

Before & After

When you go back to pick up your jewelry, you will be shown before and after images of your item to confirm the proper jewelry repair services were completed, as well as ensure your satisfaction with the quality of the repairs.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee 6 months on all repairs.  If any of our work does not meet your expectations, we'll repair it for free.
