Your diamond and gemstone jewelry should last forever. We're here to help that happen.
We guarantee our diamond, sapphire, ruby, and emerald gemstone jewelry for a lifetime. That guarantee, however, only works if we inspect it every six months. Our authorized jewelry professionals will inspect and document their findings, and fix any problems they find, and you won't pay a penny extra. We also guarantee the accurate carat weight of your diamond or gemstone and the gold content of your mounting.
Here's what's covered:
We'll replace - at no cost to you - any diamond, emerald, ruby, or sapphire covered by this guarantee if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear. For your Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee to remain in effect, you must have your diamond and/or gemstone inspected and have the inspection documented every six months by an authorized representative at a KAY Outlet store. All necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives, and includes labor and materials at no charge to you.
*Lab-created diamonds will be replaced with lab-created diamonds
Your mounting is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase for your diamond, emerald, ruby, or sapphire jewelry against all defects in material or workmanship. We'll replace or repair your mounting at no cost to you if any defects are found during this 12-month period.
Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections
To stay under warranty, you'll take your diamond or gemstone jewelry to a KAY Outlet location every six months. But you can come in anytime, as often as you wish, for free professional cleaning and inspection.

Return & Exchange Policy
If - for any reason - you're not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, return it within 60 days to the KAY Outlet store or kayoutlet.com. You may also exchange it within 90 days of purchase at any KAY Outlet location.
Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items customized with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. Learn more about our return and exchange policy. Exchanges are not accepted at kay.com.
