Beautiful necklace which has led to many compliments. The chain is somewhat short and I bought an extender.

Cheaply made, broke in under 2 weeks
Both pieces of jewelry broke within a month. I had to pay for repairs Even though I bought lifetime protection. I never got a statement showing a balance. When I logged into my account it showed a zero balance, but my credit karma showed otherwise. I went into local Kay Jewelers in Fresno, They were able to show me the balance on their end in which I Paid In Full in the store, a month after purchase date. Just got a phone call yesterday, a few weeks later saying that I short-paid the balance by a couple dollars and they added in a late fee, total due $75 in which I just paid. So Kay and Comenity tag teamed me out on $200 well really $300 extra including their fake warranty sold. It's not worth all the trouble, go someplace else for your jewelry if you're trying to do something nice for your lady. When they repair it's returned back to you in a cheap dope bag to give back to her. Check out Don Roberto's. Over there when you try to pay cash they don't hustle you into their scheme, they give you a lower cash price!
