A gorgeous oval-cut amethyst glimmers at the center of this beautiful cross necklace for her. Round-cut white lab-created sapphires sparkle in each direction to complete the look. The sterling silver pendant is suspended from an 18-inch box chain and secures with a lobster clasp.
